I talked to a bronco owner the other day and he said that the 302 was not as good a motor as the 351. I am looking for a 95-96 Bronco and wanted to know the facts. What do you experts think?

Both engines are great baseplants. The possibilities are nearly endless for both. Its just that the 5.0 is a little easier to come by,but I would recomend either.....but thats just my opinionI talked to a bronco owner the other day and he said that the 302 was not as good a motor as the 351. i have had both and really like my 351 now , dont get me wrong you can build up a 302 EASILY but why do that when you can build the 351 up just the same , it does a **** of alot better in thick clay it seems than my 302 it doesnt bogg down near as much and can pull anything out cause the pullin power is great ... but like some say the gas milage is killin me ,, but i didnt but this thing to save the planet i bought it to have fun . the consiquences of a good time is alot of money..Something like 20 hp difference between the two stock so it wont matter all that much
Amen , i second that be glad its got the ford emblem on frontA v8 is a v8, just be happy to have a Bronco.
