Guys,

Pulled the tub off my '75 Bronco today. It already has a 2 1/2" suspension lift. But now that the tub is off it sure would be easy to add a 2" body lift to it.

Will I need to do and/or add anything other than the 2" body rubber....like longer brake lines, drive shaft, steering, etc?

Thank you much!!

Driveshafts won't change. Longer shift linkage will be necessary. (spacer should come with kit)Auto tranny? Might have to cut bottom of shroud for fan clearance. Steering should be fine.

Don't forget the longer brake lines from the axles, fuel lines (most are mounted on the frame, so you are going to have to splice into them if you want to keep them on the frame), carb linkage. Just remember that anything that is attached to the frame stays put, anything attached to the body goes up.

Thanks Bronc
I bought a body lift a while back. It only came with spacers and hardware... nuts, bolts, and washers. I have seen others that come with the body mounts but nothing else. You'll need longer brake lines from the master cylinder to the h-block/proportioning valve and something will need to be done about the steering shaft since the steering box stays put but the column goes up two inches. Your bumpers may look a little goofy afterwards too. You might be able to find a custom fan shroud somewhere.
