When does the fuse blow? When you move the switch or before that?

Does it only blow it on left vs right turn?

Just trying to narrow down which direction to check next.

Well actually I figured out the short but now my wiper motor isn't working
I found the larger plug in on the side and checked that but then found a wire burnt up thats a green and black two prong connection but not sure where it goes to splice it back

Where is the plug, in the steering column or by the wiper motor?
Or just under the dash?

It looks like it has an inertia switch but not sure where to plug wire into

There may be two connectors required for the wiper motor depending on production date.
One plug with 6 wires or two plugs with 3 wires each.

The number on the motor is PA66

Power to all the leads of the plug but nothing happens
Im assuming bad wiper motor or the MFS is having issues
But im assuming I wouldn't have voltage at the plug for motor if mfs is not operating correctly
