so I pulled the eec and smelled a little burnt smell got curious and there it is burnt connection inside the comp. I have a J2A but supposedly interchangeable with this AL2A. So we shall see what happens

FYI, you can get a test light at a dollar store for a dollar. Elseware you may pay up to $3.

Lol got a few of them already but the resistor was burnt bad yet still showed power not a clue why but I hope itll be running within the hour will let you know thanks for all the help.

BIG TIP= DO NOT INSTALL BATTERY BACKWARDS LOL :((
