1986 bronco II Y/LB wire fuse?

Looking for where a fuse might have blown for a yellow wire with light blue stripe in the dash behind the cigarette lighter.

My son attached a USB charger using this wire and a ground alongside it but didn't tape the connectors. Removing it...I grounded it out. ("Zap", and now no juice)
I checked the fuses on the driver side kick panel, and all seem good. Now I'm wondering if this has a fusible link somewhere else?

Or maybe...it's actually for the original lighter.
Still, no representation of a fuse for the cigarette lighter either.

That would be really odd to run it that way, most likely it is just happen chance that it has the same wire color. I will see if I can find a diagram as well.

Actually have not found a diagram yet, but this diagram says it should be fuse 16?

Yes, fuse 16, Y/LB circuit 460, also powers horn and cruise control.

It didn't look blown when I inspected it the first time, but the ohm meeting caught it.
