Here is the result of a long weekend of rust removal. Floor pans, both rocker panels and gas tank skid plate. I still have a few more areas to cut out. Especially inside the engine compartment above the wheels.

Here is the result of a long weekend of rust removal. Floor pans, both rocker panels and gas tank skid plate. I still have a few more areas to cut out. Especially inside the engine compartment above the wheels.
Look on the bright side! early Broncos are made of mostly flat sheetmetal so patching them up is easy to do.

if your handy you can buy a hand crank beed roller from harbor freight on sale for around $80.00

and a 4x8 sheet of sheetmetal and you can build the floor yourself.

You couldnt ask for an easier vehicle to rebuild! There so easy it's like building a 4x4 Go cart.
