Hello I have a 79 bronco and my steering column is gutted of all the wires and switches. I need to replace it and was wondering what other vehicles have this column? Also has anyone installed the ididit column that bronco graveyard has for sale?

Thanks Matt

1974-79 Bronco - Tilt Floor Shift & Column Shift

Retrofit Series

This retrofit column is designed to fit your Bronco and does NOT require modification to your original vehicle to install. This Ford Style column features all Ford wiring and a Ford top shaft and will bolt to your stock box. Simply remove your old column, saving your original floor mount. For flawless installation, a pre-welded underdash mount comes standard with every column. Using an ididit installation kit, install your new steering column in place of the old. Add your stock Bronco wheel directly to the column and the gripping surface will be in the same location as the original. Available in tilt floor shift or tilt column shift versions. The shift pattern on the column shift column allows you to use either a 3 or 4-speed automatic transmission and utilizes the original transmission mounted neutral safety switch. A gear shift indicator is an option, but not included. A shift linkage (new or original) is required for installation and will attach to the lower shift arm provided on the column.

This is a Company name w/yard locations in various states

Some columns are sold on E bay and have been rebuilt...

also, specify your transmission type (C6 auto) or manual trans and if it is a tilt or Non-tilt columns

I believe the Bronco columns is same as F series and vans; but a yard that uses the Hollander Interchange system can verify that.
