Warn Lockin hubs

Ok so im gonna replace the hubs on my truck when i rebuild my T-case. I was wondering if i should just get some Warn Standards or go for the Premiums? Ive noticed the Standards are the same as the stock ones, are the Premiums worth the extra money? Im only gonna be runnin 33"-10.50" Interco Thornebirds or BFgoodrich Mudders in the same size....so what do yall think?

deff.the premiums.i put them on mine and got rid of the superwinches that was on there.they hold up damn good even with my big tires and abuse i put em threw

I'm putting on the premiums this weekend. The guys at Bronco Graveyard had me pretty sold on the Warn Premiums over the Warn Standard or the Mile Markers (at least for the relatively small price diff.) They said fewer people have to use the warranty on the premiums from Warn than all the others even though they sell tons of them. Good enough for me!

About those tires..... how do the 33 x 10.50's fit. I'd assume they rub a lot less than the 12.50's on the radius arms. I don't have a lift either, plus I'd like to keep the thin proflile for snowy roads. The 10.50's seem like a great size for stock bronco suspension. I haven't talked to one person who has them yet, however.

i personally dont like warn hubs anymore after blowing about 6 sets of them to pieces...but i would have to say the premiums.

well right now my truck has 33" 12.50s, they dont rub but i have have 15x12 wheels. I was gonna try out some the 33" 10.50s on some 15x8 wheels, im thinkin itll handle better.

The Premium's get my vote. I'm running a set of Mile Marker Supreme's personally and they have held awesomely through mud, snow, and vehicle extraction. As far as the 33's, got for it!! Some will tell you that you will need lift to run them, but unless you are planning some hellish suspension travel, you'll be good. The 33's will fill out the wheel wells nicely for a daily driver and add a few nice inches of clearance in the mud and trail riding. I'm currently running 31x10.5R15 Cooper STT's without any issues except for lug rub at full lock. I plan on going up to 34x12.5R15 Interco Trxus's on 15x10's with a 4" back space after putting a 2" lift. If your tires do rub and you don't wanna shell our for new rims, 1/2" or 1" spacers will put them far enough out to clear on the corners.

the rubbing is a product of the rim backspacing. as long as you have proper backspacing on the rims you wont have rubbing issues on the radius arm. The wider you go with no lift and the more backspacing you will start having issues with fenders/bumpers.

as for the hubs, i really like the superwinch hubs. The housing and all the parts are metal.

i have two sets of warn hubs(standards) and they are plastic housings and some cheasy looking parts. im not sure if the difference between the standard and the other is no plastic parts but if you are worried about it spend the extra money. i havent blown up either of my sets and ive run 32s and 33s on both but they do make me worry a bit.b
