No Fire whatsoever

well i haven't posted in a while but its great to be back i have an 84 bronco with the 4.9 engine and recently we went through some water that was a little to deep and it died :(( but we got it out and drained everything and i have put new plugs, plug wires, dis. cap, rotor button, ignition module, and coil, on it and its still not firing the wiring harness consists mostly of electrical tape and wire nuts not my doings it was the guy before me. what could be the problem

I assume that you mean that you get no spark, right? Any way, here is a troubleshooting proceedure for you.

I had the same problem with an 83 f150, it was the only vehicle I couldn't fix, the owner ended up towing it "elsewhere" (the way he put it).
