You would need to replace the upper shock/spring mount perch, and add the lower shock mount that I believe is the rear most shock. It gets bolted to the top of the traction beam.
A fair question would be why do you want to go to quad shocks? For the looks, or for off road? It could be easier and cheaper to go with a good quality off road shock if that is the reason.

Basically you will need the quad tower and hardware to go with it http://lmctruck.com/icatalog/fd/full.aspx?Page=47
That kit came with the towing and plowing kit but is not necessary for normal operation including off road.
