Long time no see fellas! So I just started watching Longmire, and I miss my Bronco and then today I saw a beautiful late model Bronco in mint condition. It is a sign that I need another one.  The Bronco gods have spoken. Which got me thinking, right now I am driving a 79 Fiat Spider and i have installed several upgrade. Reduction starting, better alternator, dual carbs, ect. So what do we have for Broncos? What upgrades are available for Broncos?

Thanks Gents and looking forward to being back in the fold.

How about a TV screen with GPS in place of the old radio (I have and old '85). How about a real wood grain steering wheel that is installed CORRECTLY with working horn button?  How about disc brakes all around? Magnaflow exhaust.l

Whew?  Wish I could afford my ideas for my Bronco.

Heavy duty electric fan,

headlight upgrade,

130 Amp+ alternator if not already installed,

overhead console,

audio system,

saginaw power steering pump,

rear disk brakes,

upgrade seats,

wet oil pressure gauge instead of the Ford idiot gauge,

a engine temp gauge that reads in actual degrees instead of the Ford CMH gauge,

going off road much then a full cage roll bar system,

sound deadening on inside of door skins, floor panels, rear side panels and rear wheel wells,

insulation in rear side panels and roof of cap and cab,

cap and cab head liner if not already there,

probably needs new body and radiator mounts by now,

proper seal in bottom of tail gate to prevent the rust out (if it hasn't already started) (if it has replace the tail gate and do proper sealing of the bottom)

Sound deadening pads on inside of tail gate skin,

Light bars, brush guards , winch, extended cab etc. ,etc., etc.

And then there is engine, exhaust, and running gear,

Let you mind go wild :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Good luck,

PS

I just thought of the outfit in England that took a F150 and removed the engine, and drive train.  Replaced them with 150HP electric motors, (one on each wheel) and put in a controller and battery system, giving it 300HP delivered to the wheels.
