The problem might be your EEC relay. It supplies power to the fuel pump relay.

When you turn the ignition key to ON if your idiot lights don't come on your EEC relay is not powering up.

Just had another thought. Is your fuel safety inertia switch depressed? It is high on the firewall by the driver's left foot.

I the eec relay clicks when the key is turned however the fuel pump relay does not. I replaced bothe relay and the fuel pump. Inertia switch button is also pressed down im guessing that is correct but still nothing

With a test light you can check for power to the fuel pump relay.

From the back of the socket there is a red wire that should have power with the key ON or Start, it gets its power from the EEC relay. That red wire feeds the coil side of the relay.

There is also a Yellow wire that should always be hot. That is the power to the switched side of the relay.

There is no power at either the red or the yellow wire. And im ready to just take it for junk. There is no power going to inertia switch aswell.

Power to the yellow wire comes from a fuseable link. I THINK that the fuseable link is connected to the fender mounted starter relay, and gets its power from there.

The red wire gets its power from the EEC relay. You may be hearing that relay click

Looking at the diagram and giveing it a little thought, You probably have poor connections from the battery to the fender mounted starter relay, And the fuesable links that are connected to the starter relay.

On my 86 Bronco there are two pumps. One in the tank and another on the frame rail up by the engine.
