you would have to measure the height of the spring from center on a stock set of leafs then compare it to what you have here. but being as you have blocks in there already and if those are bigger tires than they look( 38-40) 6" springs with those 2" to 4" blocks would be 8 to 10" of lift which is excessive.

my guess is 2-4" block with stock springs and/or an add a leaf kit witch gets you a couple more inches.

Can I stack the Add A Leafs? I'm looking at a 4in Difference.

This will lift a pickup 3-3.5" and a Bronco 2.5-3" due to the heavier weight of the bronco.

-Superlift add-a-leafs are also frequently used in conjunction with lift blocks to achieve a taller lift or to compensate for worn out sagging springs.

-Not to sure how easy it is to add the leaf to the leaf stack after removing the pin.

Not 100% Positive On the leaf springs it's an expensive purchase.

-The 6in Leaf Spring Set, looks a little weak. / Even new, How long will the ride height last before sagging?

Yes, I want it to be safe. I know the blocks of a tendency to slide out. I'm not sure exactly how complicated this kit would be. I just want to make sure I'm on the right track. I plan on making this a Custom Bronco

On Bronco based vehicles, no modifications are needed to correct pinion angle if only the flip kit is used.

The Ford shackle reversal bolted in the stock location adds Aprx. 4.5 inch's of lift. Some may prefer to weld on the bracket, depending on location this will add or subtract lift on the principal of an one inch shackle movement adds or subtracts 1/2 inch of lift.

its rather simple, you cut away your old shackle mounts, if the replacment flip shackle is in the stock location its about 4.5" of lift

for every inch further back on the frame from stock is 1/2 an inch less of lift. and vice versa, every inch further up on the frame is 1/2 inch more lift. bronco's are excused from the pinion angle rule because of the double cardan joint in the driveshafts because of the already short wheelbase.

no, you are just replacing the lift blocks you already have, none of your hardware or drive train will have to change. its just a direct install and enjoy. also your shaft has a built in slip yoke which more than covers your amount of lift. I would recommend getting new axle ubolts for after you remove your lift blocks so you dont have 5" of thread sticking up above the axle.

I'm not really sure which direction to take. Just want to build it right the first time.

--The 6in Leaf Spring Set, looks a little weak. / Even new, How long will the ride height last before sagging because they look pretty thin.

*So really, I'm trying to decide whether to just buy new 6in Leaf Springs and hope that takes care of the problem.

*Or buy the Shackle Flip Kit which will leave me with a positive +1in to the lift towards the rear

*Will the drive shaft have to be lengthened or shortened?

This looks like the best way to go to be honest in my opinion. 3" Leaf Springs + 4.5" Shack Flip Kit = 7.5" + Give you the strength in the leaf springs with an overall Beautiful look.

Price overall isn't to bad either, because the leaf springs carry a limited lifetime warranty, plus you'll have Custom brackets also.

It would cost you an extra $100 or so to go this route; then it is to buy New 6" Leaf Springs that - Look pretty weak to ask me.
