Strange problem with trans???

I was moving my trailer around the yard yesterday and a few times Beast didn't have any torque...

Is there anything in the transfer case that could be slipping or should I start looking at the torque converter?

The trans was rebuilt about 5 years ago, maybe less... Only has about 15K on the rebuild IF that...

did you check the fluid? when I got my 89 on the road after it had been sitting for a little while, it had enough fluid to move around but would hardly get me up gentle slopes on the highway above 50mph,

topping it back up with fluid fixed that problem.
