My horn dosnt work and dont know anything about electrical. What could this be?

Check the fuse for your horn under the dash board. See if it is visibally burned inside.
If it is fine then check the connections at the horn itself behind the grill area and make sure there is power getting there with a test light (safer than licking your finger and sticking it in there).
