take your bumper off and pull it to where you want it. mark the spots that it touches the bottom with marker and grind out. drill 2 new holes on both brackets of the bumper use grade 8 bolts if you can. leave the black skirt around the bottom so it covers up the grinding marks. have 2 people to hold it while you bolt it. very easy to put on crooked.
