So on my 82 bronco I have a tilting column and when I turn the left signal on it stays like it should and I have lights everywhere I should except the indicator light on the dash. BUT if I turn on the right signal I also have lights everywhere although I have it on the dash also the only problem is it wont stay the lever goes up with my hand and down with it. It doesn't stay engaged till I turn the wheel on the right signal but it DOES on the left signal. So does anyone know what the heck is going on? Am I missing a component?

"....except the indicator light on the dash."

Most likely a bulb.

"It doesn't stay engaged..."

One of the cam/release/lock arms is likely broken. The whole turn sig. unit can be pulled & repl. somewhat easily.

OR., in some cases, you can just repl. the broken arm.

Clean & **** is the key while in there.
