Wire Identification needed

I got these coming in through the firewall on my 86 Bronco behind the brake pedal. What are they? Yes, thats my fuse block hanging loose on the left.

Where do the wires go on the other side of the fire wall? From the color, I'd say it is either for a trailer brake kit or a plow kit.
