I had the same problem with my bronco. I had to replace the wiper motor which cost $70 (-core return). I would check the fuse first. If that is OK, then turn the wiper control on the steering column. If you hear a clicking noise, but no movement from the blades then the motor is bad. It is a real pain in the ass to replace. You have to take off the entire top (cowel?) off the hood along with the windshield molding and all the screws. There is a small opening to disconnect the motor from the wiper mechnanism, don't loose the retaining clip! Yo can't find them anywhere. I would connect the new motor and see if it works before going through the hassle of reconnecting everthing only to find out it was not the motor. How do you fix the windshield wipers? One night I was driving home and I went to flip them on and they didnt budge.... How and where do I fix this? Thanks.
