im looking at buyin a 1983 bronco for cheap so i can take the suspension and window motors for my 1990 bronco..please let me know if this is possiable

Sure, there's only a few minor differences. . .Are you swapping the axles, too, or just the springs? The 90 uses a speed sensor (VSS) in the rear axle, and has rear anti-lock brakes. IT would be easy to swap the front TTB axle, but keep the rear 8.8" from the 90. The 83 may have an 8.8" or a 9", neither will have the VSS.
