Wheel Cap Screws

The last time I had to take off the wheel caps on my rims to put them on the tire machine, two of the screws that hold them on broke.

I figured I could just get them through LMC or JCWhitney but I looked and they don't seem to have them.

Could any of you point me in the right direction of a place that may have them?

I got mine from a local Ford dealer. It is still a shelf stock item.
