If you don't plan on putting them back, then you can pry most of them off. However, if you care about the piece you are removing that is a horse of another color

Moldings are usually held on by a combination of clips that are mounted by inserting a post that is no the back of the clip into a predrilled hole with an expander ring, hex nuts, and posts welded to the skin. The Bronco XLT emblem is usually mountedwith guide holes and double sided adhesive foam. The 4X4 is mosty likely either glued or mounted with posts and small hex nuts either screwed on the post or pushed on.
Body moldings quite often have a key piece. In my case, on the rear quarter panel, You need to get under the truck and remove two hex nuts from the back piece, then the piece slides back on clips to a position where it has a cut out so you can get it off the clips. The chrome over the fender can now be carefully pryed out of predrilled holes and then the front piece again slides off the clips and a welded post. the door panels have a hex nut on each end and once they are removed it can be taken off the clips. On the front fender the piece infront of the door slides back on clips to a release point and then the chrome wheel well piece can be carefully pryed off the predrilled holes. There is a tool you can get from most auto parts stores to pry with :-" .
You really need to consult a Shop Manual or Parts catalog for your truck, easier said than done
