Whats "the" alternater to get?

I need an alternater.I was going to get a mean green,but it is real expensive.Does anyone have a reason to spend that much,or it a 90 amp one wire generic,for a hundred less,the way to go?

That depends on what equipment you are running. Got a big sound system? Electric fan? AC?

Like Ron said, If you're basically stock...., no mega aft. mkt. lighting, etc., the stock alt. would work just fine. Just need to buy at a "Quality" store.

However, you can find mega-amp 1 wire alt's at the boneyards pretty cheap.
