what seats to get

In he process of looking to get new seats for my 68. Was wondering if anyone has opinions on the Corbeaus JP seats versus the Baja SS

Hi "J" welcome..!!

Your physical height matters... Tall seats will have you look'n at the top of the windshield frame..! :angry: i.e. the lower you sit to the floor, the better.

Also., what's in there now..?

IMHO those seats with a big "****" on either side of your legs, will "bug" you after a while. And., they make it a pain getting in & out.

Stock seats are pretty low & cheap/easy to rebuild... just say'n... >< <'>

It currently has the stock seats which ar comfortable , however the bronco is my 16 year old sons and not sure they provide good back head support incase of accident so was looking for a safer style but still provide comfort. The JP's have a lower side allowing for easier access that is why I was wondering about them. He is 168 lbs. and 5'9".

However, W/O your pert. info. & sig. filled in, where you are, what the intended use is, what's done to this rig., it's tough to provide accurate help/suggestions.

i.e. if I were runn'n the LA freeways daily., I would likely want hi-backs with shoulder harness's, roll-bar, etc. /

just tried to post some pix's in te gallery and updated some of the profile. it is a daily driver to school and work right now, future hunting and fishing.

All I would add is do a search on seat-back height with respect to safety.

Check me on this but I think they have to be at, or above the top of your head to be effective. (rear-end crash)
