Well I decided to go get muddy... So I went to my local area mud hole.

Went playing for a few minutes... Belt started squealing so I figured it

was time to go clean it off.... LOL... Well it turned out to be the smog

pump was locked up..

Well any way put the truck into Neutral to take it out

of 4W Low...Well got in to 2wd was heading home when no power to the rear

end. So I stoped went to put it in Park and it start to make a nice grinding

noise... |So I shut it off put it in Park turned it back over put in Drive...

Nothing.. Put in L1, L2... Nothing... Went to go back into park grinding...

Shut it off again. Turned it over...Put into drive was able to limp home at

about 30mph... ... I have not droped the pan but from checking the dip stick nothing unusal..

I can feel the truck shit into from 1-2-3 can eve shift in manually myself....

Also removed the

vaccum line could tell right away different in engine noise and was doing good to

even get the truck to move..... Vaccum lines are clear... Even replaced the Vaccum Module...

No change... Can't get the truck over 30 mph with out going over 4Krpms

I put the truck up in the air on (I know stupid move) jack stands....

Put the truck in gear... with fron wheels locked... T/C in 2WD position...

Put the in Reverse Passager side back wheel spinning driver side very little if any...

Put it in Drive, L2, L1 Passanger side rear wheel spinning..

Driverside wheel no spin making a clicking noise.

At no time did the front wheels spin. Put the it back in Neutral place the truck

in 4wd High, Frnt Passanger Spin, Rear Passanger Spin, Frnt Driver Little Spin,

Rear Driver side no spin clicking noise. Back in Neutral then tried several times

but eventually went into 4WD Low.... Front Passanger Spin, Front Diver Side Spin,

Rear passanger side spin, rear driver side no spin clicking noise.

Even checked TC linage outside of mud nothing unusal there did clean off the mudd hwo ever

So is it the T/Case... Transmission.... Rear End.....Torque converter.

I would pull the cover off of the rearend, and inspect for water or broken parts, like the spider gears. If you break the axleshaft or the C-clip holding it in, the whole wheel may come off.

Very well I will check and see... So it is possible for the rear end to break in away where I could still limp home at 30mph??
