When in sitting still my wheels turn with no problem but as sonon as i start to go its like i have a GAP in the steering. Please any one with help

Welcome to the Zone > Tell us a little about the truck and post some pictures.
Do you mean the steering get's sloppy and the truck is hard to keep going strait?
If so, you probably have a lot of wear in the system, like ball joints, linkages, alignment, etc.
Jack the front up and see if you can move the wheelsup and down or side to side.
Push and pull on the top of the wheel and see if it moves. Check the steering wheel for the amount of movement before the wheels move.
