My 88 Bronco has started to have a noticeable "thunk thunk thunk" felt in the brake pedal nd the steering wheel when I brake. Would brake work solve this or is it something more? Ball joints, tie rod ends??????

I say try checking your brakes. Jack up the front and check your calipers for any missing hardware. See if the calipers a sloping around. If not serverly warped rotors can give you the same type of thumping that your asking about. <)

Check your rotors, the could be warped. While your under there you have a perfect chance to check the tie rod ends, and ball joints

I know th tie rod ends could use changing but I don't feel much slack. The Ball joints are original so I am sure its time but I did not feel much if any movement when I did the wobble test. I am thinking rotors needs turningh or replacing ...Will check when I get back inland. I always think over all this stuff that I can't do anything about the week I am offshore! :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
