My Vacuum Advance on my 302 has a constant vacuum pull on it. I know that it is missing 2 or 3 sensors, but I do not know which ones are actually beneficial to install. Does anyone have a diagram of the vacuum lines with the various sensors listed on it. I believe that I can get the motor to run like a sewing machine if I can regulate the vacuum going to the vacuum advance. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance..

There should be a vac. port on your carb.....where do you have the tube attached now..?Below the carb would be 100% vac...

The vac advance goes in at the port on the rear passenger side of the carb. There are 3 ports on the rear driver side of the carb that are plugged off. I assume there were some misc. emission sensors that once belonged there.

Thanks for any help you can provide

Do you know what carb it is..?
& sorry ., I left out.....there should be a vac. port that is Dizzy advance specific.
It is a motorcraft model 2150 ........2bbl. I rebuilt the carb a couple of weeks ago and reinstalled everything the same way that the previous owner had it.

The vac. port (for dizzy) on my 302 2brl. carb. is on the pass. side....just to the right of the auto choke...,

& about 1" behind & slightly above the bolt hole @ bolting down the carb.

With the throttle plates closed (choke off) the port is fed by a tiny square hole in the throat.

This hole is slightly above the throttle plate at idle.
