So which one should I use? OX or CTM?

Personally I like the way the OX u-joints use the allen ***** to keep the cap in place. I'm sure we have discussed this before I just figure now over time more have run each so I can get more of an update before purchasing.

From what I have found out so far is OX is an iffy company and CTM is more reptable. Sure the OX are just as strong but when it come down to the life time warrantee rebuild you might not get it done if OX is in and out of business. Guess CTM is the way to go.

I talked to a guy who had the OX joints and he said that they are strong but the problem is that you gotta worry about the company itself. Here today, gone tomorrow. He had one of the original OX lockers and had a problem, called them up and they were out of business, called back couple months later when they came back and they wouldn't do anything with the old locker because it was warranted under the old company and not the new one. I would stick with that is known to be reliable.

Looks like the OX's fail rapidly. The Yukon Super u-joint is an alternative if $250/pr. sounds better than $375/pr. for CTM's.

They seem strong but most say if you plan on running 38's get the Superior axle shafts and CTM's and you should be good to go.

Ring & Pinion or driveline will be the next weak link.
