Truck won't move

Help plase,I have a 84 bronco,when you frist crank it,you have to hold it at

about 2000rpm's for about one minet befor it will move,but after that it run and drives good.

Need more information. Does it stall when you put it into gear when the engine is cold? or Are you talking about having it in gear and it just doesn't move till you rev it up for a minute or two? One is a cold start and run problem and the other could be a transmission problem. What engine is in the truck? Also, you need to add your truck information to your profile signature. It really helps to get better answers.
