is the 302 and the 351 have the same bolt pattern for the trans because i got a 93 with a 302 and looking at buy a trans from a 96 with the 351 would it work

I would think they would be the same, 302 and 351s are the same block if im not mistakin, they only problem you might have is if your truck has a C6 and other one has an AOD youd have to either put a floorshift in it or change your column shifter to the AOD. and if that 96 has an E4OD i wouldnt even know how to begin to make that trans work right.
