ok so i was off roading and got stuck... my friend tried to get us unstuck by doing neutral drops and just reverse forward, ect... well the tranny started to burn and noticed on the mud A LOT of tranny fluid in it. well it wont drive except in 4x4 low, that still works.. but i had another buddy of mine look and he said it looks like a seal busted. well they sell a whole seal kit for 11 bucks and i was wondering how hard it was to fix it and what i can do about getting it fixed and ball park prices. sorry just really upset and looking for a few answers thanks in advance.

What tranny do you have? I bought a front seal for my C6 auto for about $6, but you'll need to drop the tranny to replace it.

Count how many bolts on the pan, that would tell us, its more than likely an AOD but just to be sure....
