I have an '85 and it looks like my transfer case may have a slow leak, but I'm unsure about where to check the oil level at or where to add to it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On a New Process Gear 208 there are two 1" hex plugs on the rear side. The bottom one is for draining it, and the one near the top and to the right of the drain plug is the fill hole. You put Trany fluid in it. Just fill till it starts to come out the hole.

The Borg-Warner 1345 has a similar arrangement but the plugs are smaller and they are closer to the left side of the unit. Fill the same way.
