i bought a six inch lift from top gun customz. they cashed my check on the 7th of april and it is now the 19th. still no lift. i talked to the lady at the store and she said she would get back with me. still no call. has anyone ever had problems with this company before? thanks

CALLED ROUGH COUNTRY AND THEY NEED THE PURCHACE ORDER NUMBER.....TOP GUNS SAID MY ADDRESS WAS WRONG 3 DIFFERENT TIMES

That's where I got my lift kit from and I didn't have any problem with them. I think it was 10 days from the time the money hit my account before the lift showed up at my door. I know they sell a bunch of lift kits. You'd think their customer service would be better and they would be able to give you an exact delivery date by now.

That is where I got my kit and I didn't have any trouble with them. I even worked out a payment option with them and when I made the last payment they sent the kit right out.

This seems odd seeing I had a great experience with them.
