I am in the process of installing a limited slip diff in the rear of my 1987 Bronco. Its a 8.8 rear. I would like to know if i can leave out the tone ring with NO problems. As far as i know it doesnt have ABS....

As long as there is no ABS working or desired, the VSS tone ring can be left off.

For 92-96 MYs, that is needed for the 4WABS, PSOM, Cruise Control, PCM & E4OD to operate correctly.
