Question 1: what is ment by the LT in 35x14.50-15LT

Question 2: Ive heard talk of having to regear your truck when running larger tires, is this true? Im driving a 4-Speed manual and 1st gear is useless unless you need to go so slow in the mud so you wont spin the tires. I basically take off in 2nd when driving around town. Does this sound right? I only have 31" tires on it right now. What gear ration would you swap to if regearing is needed?

lt is for light truck like car tires it says p for passenger car tires

as for gears its not absolutly nessesary but does help alot best gears for 35's would be 4.10 or 4.56.

if you have overdrive i would suggest 4.56 if not 4.10 ;) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
