With a 4 inch suspension and 3 inch body how do you think 36X13.50 15 will work? I wanting to go bigger.

i know you can run 35's with a 3in body lift or a 4in sus. lift

so with 7ins of lift i dont think u should have to much trouble

but body lifts are not a save way to go and as broncobill has said b4 its the last option u should do after the maximum amout of lift has been reached

so maybe should look into 8in lift kits

Why use a 4 inch kit AND a body lift? The cheapest lift I know of is Rough Country and their 4 inch kit with Rear Blocks runs 459.00. Howevever for 489.00 the same company sells a 6 inch kit wich is one heck of a value and from my experience with a 2.5 lift of thiers on my '95 I will be installing the same 6 inch very soon. With a six inch kit it will be cheaper and safer than your suspension/body lift and equal close to the same amount of liftt. As for tires I know of people running 37X13.5 inch swampers on six inch kits and only rub the rear framerails when they jump it or something stupid, wait or do I mean Fun? If your rig is a daily driver go with a 37 or whatever you were thinking, but if you go offroad rountinely go with 35's you will get much more wheel travel and therefore better articulation.

With 4" of suspension & 3" of body lift you can run 38.5" with no problem and off-road them just fine. You can get away with running 40's if you don't flex the suspension too much or just run it on the street. With the 4" & 3" combo you can run the 40's off-road if you trim the fenderwells and use something like the Bushwacker cut-out flares. With the 4 & 3 combo AND the Bushwackers you can run up to a 42" and probably a 44" if you cut the wheelwells back far enuf. Nice thing about the Bushwackers is that if you install them and find you need another inch or two you can take them off, cut a bit more & then reinstall.

Damn JSM, I see we're doing it *again* :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> One of us needs to go to bed.

With a 6" on my 95 Bronco I ran 35x15.50x15 Swamper SX's and rubbed the back side of the front fenders under full compression with the TTB... Now I have a Solid Axle Dana 44 and 8" Skyjackers in the front with the custom 1 1/4" mounts and 6" Explorer Pro-Comp rear springs and a custom shackle flip plus a 1" block in the back and I am running 17/40-15 Ground Hawgs. All of the fenders are still stock (uncut)

Just to let you know what size lift you need to clear 40" tires without cutting the body!!

Thanks for all the info guys. Right now I cuurently have the 4" and 3" combo with 35X12.50 15 and no clearance problems what so ever. My truck pulls the boat, from florida so drives on the beach but hardly ever any trails an it has never seen the mud, all sand. I am wanting to make it look a little more mean and trying to make a little wider. I would love to put on 37X14.50 15 if they will work. Thanks again guys.
