tire size vs how much lift needed

i want 35x12.5 but i'm thinkin like 33 instead...how much lift would i need

and about 2" suspension and 2" body, would that cover it or what?

I an fit 33/12.50/15 on my 1990 bronco u should be able to fit them/

depending on the condition of your truck and what your willing to do you can trim around the wheel wells along the body line and get the room to probably clear 35's
