I have a 92 Bronco with a 302 in it. Lately while driving, the tach stops working, when it does the engine does not want to accelerate or seems to bog down. When I step on the gas I can hear the air/ bog noise thru the induction system. I have the cold air intake installed on it. When ever the tach stops working is when the engine acts up. Any suggestions?

If you have an aftermarket tach, you may want to check your lead from the coil to the tach.Otherwise,it sounds like a bad ground to me.Check your fuse box for loose or damaged fuses and/or wires.
