I have this minor problem with starting my 1989 Bronco at times?? when driving around town if I park for awhile my Bronco will stall after start up on the first or second try. But it always starts and runs smooth after that as it should.
Today when coming to work I made kind of a sharp left turn at a light and it stalled after completing the turn. I put it in (N) and started it and continued on driving. It ran smooth all the way to work and parked it. I waited a minute or so and started it right up without any problem.
So far it hasn't been a real problem but if it's a sign of something that is going bad I want to take care of it now. I already replaced the Wires,Plugs, Distr/rotor, fuel filter. It runs great!! other then this possible problem but remeber from some of my other posts this Bronce did sit for awhile it had spider webs on top of the engine. But it is a very clean Bronco inside and out and I did buy a good fuel system cleaner and added it to my fuel for what its worth.
The Ford Dealer who takes care of our fleet vehicles said he would flush the fuel system and injectors for $99./ reg. $128.00 Good or Bad Deal?
Any helpful suggections.
