Speedometer does not work, overdrive light flashes, shifts hard

Ok heres the deal. I am building a bronco for my dad for baja. I have removed all the smog stuff, abs system. I have re-geared it with 4.56. Now the speedometer does not work, the od light flashes, and it shifts weird. I have read all the other posts with similar problems and tryed everything. I have replaced the VSS, checked the toner ring. I have ordered a new mpls. Any ideas?

Did you:

bypass the 4WABS module @ it's harness's connector & feed the ABS signal directly to the PSOM,

Disconnect module (under coolant recovery /ws washer tank) & in connector

...jumper 14 (CKT 530, LG/Y) to 21 (CKT 519 (LG/BK) & 39 (CKT 491 (O/LB) to 22 (CKT 523, R/PK)...";
