some part id help

So, a couple weeks ago while trying to get her started and in the garage, a small fire was started in the engine compartment due my "helper" over spraying starter fluid. Nothing much was damaged except a vacuum hose.

Ive attached a pic of where the hose was connected, but I'm not sure what that part is.

Can anyone give me a hand here? Thanks!
