soft top

i saw a few different threads for soft tops, but my question is whether an 80-93 soft top will fit or can be rigged to fit a 78-79 since there are no longer any in production. I read that the only difference is the height of the tail gate, and also that the corner radius's are different, but they were conflicting arguments and never presented an answer. Anyone here who can shed some light???

This one http://broncograveyard.com/bronco/i-35601-fasttrac-soft-top-black-complete-80-91-clear-windows.html and the one in this picture appear to be the same soft top. SO probably yes, but I would call the people who either make them or sell them to make sure.

The tail gate shell is the same for all years of FSB and can be interchanged wit a few minor changes.
