Slow Left Blinker / No right

I have a the left blinker to flash slow and the right not to work at all. I thought it might be the "flasher itself, but I can not find it. Anyone know where it might be on a 76'.

Under the dash just above the transmission tunnel is where mine is, there is two, one for the emergency flashers as well.
