i had a buddy of mine build one out of a road sign and flipped it upside down for his old toyota 4x4. i don't remember how he had on there but it came up all the way to the bottom of the front bumper and actually looked pretty good. it was wide at the bottom narrowing up towards the bumper. it took a pretty good beating before it bent badly and he took it off. redneck? yes, very.......but also efficient.

I measured between the frame rails and from the bumper to the cross member. I cut a 3/16" aluminum sheet to fit. Installed one on a pickup and another on an early bronco. Protects the radiator from debris. If you are looking for rock climbing protection go with 1/4 steel.

That's an easy one. Bring it over & we'll measure it out and draw it up. I'd do it *for* ya but I've been sitting on the fence unable to decide if I want to settle for the MIG or save for the TIG. As one goes OFF sale the other one come ON. I'm leaning towards the TIG since they're better w/thin gage material & I have that half-door project on the back-burner, so that's probably the way I'll wind up running with it.
