Simple Question?

Can someone please tell me if a '92 5.0L Thunderbird engine is same block as '76 302? Will it fit in place of 302 in '76 Bronco and bolt up to C-4 Transmission?

So why did you even post a response? Yes, a 302 block is the same. If you had a 302 the bolt pattern of the bell housing is the same.

I decided to respond because thats is NOT a common question, its not something a person would ask.

#1 a 302 block IS a 302 block, the years and mounting hardware would be different, but it is still a 302 block.

Of what use is responding to a question with, "I have no idea". Does that help anyone? You seem to have has a revelation since then, why didn't you offer that in the first place?

I thought about it. Anyway " I have no idea" just proves that you've stumped me, and I went to school for this kinda stuff.
