Running a little rough

My 88 runs a little rough and the check engine light stays on. It seems liek it is running too rich (I think I could strain gas out of my exhaust and reuse it the way it smells!) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I am not familiar with fuel injected engines whatsoever. I am sure some sensors need replacing but where to start? It still has plenty of power and doesn't bog down or anything just rough idle...sometimes idles too high until you tap the gas. Gas mileage sucks 13mpg max also but I dont expect alot more I guess....

Check your plugs, see if theres one saturated in fuel, Run the truck for a few minutes before you do this
