i have a late 80s ford 10.25 with a limited slip i am goin to put in my truck was wonderin if i should replace the clutch packs wile its out or is there a way to tell if it needs replacing with out puttin it in the truck first?

the clutch pack is only around 80 bucks, if it were me, id just go ahead and replace it, as for how to see if it needs replacing, I don't know off hand, but you could look it up in a haynes manual.
