Probably the Most neglected, yet dependable components on our rigs..!!
Ford DIDN'T put a drain on the bottom of these pumpkins...or at least not on mine.
(I'm ashamed to admit, I let it go too long & the juice was pretty dark) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
HERE IS a pretty easy way to get it out. I used my emergency in-line elect. fuel pump,
(with filter removed) & spare batt. with l'il jumper wires.
With that thin-wall clear plastic tubing, you can move the tube around in there
to **** 'most all' that cruddy oil out, thru the fill hole.
(I'm not a big fan of removing the 3rd member nuts to drain it)
Still a tad messy & smelly but not bad considering... :-&
The front will be easy as the nose cap is easy to loosen & drain.
I feel much better, knowing that juice is clean. ^_^ /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
