is there a website that one could use to help identify parts? there is currently a manual steering box rigged up by the previous owner. i would like to find out the OEM application of this box so i can sell it to help pay for a new PS box. can anyone help? stamped into the top of the round vertical part is FoMoCo c6ar 3580-a2. stamped on the length of the horiz is rf 0770 3550 ca or 0a not sure on the last 2 digits and finally samped into the narrow section near the input shaft from the steering shaft is 32 and 92. i am assuming that it is a ford part by the fomoco but not sure the intended application. any help would be great thanks guys

It does not really matter what it is maunel steering box are not worth much at all used 10 bucks all day if, if somebody wants it. In the south cali yards power steering boxes are hard too find they strip them of fast... Good luck but hunt the yards and ebay and craigs list before buying a 450 plus rebuilt box for your rig...then a pump and brackets and then pulleys and then hoses and a belt. Its a 1000 plus bucks fast if you dont hunt and rig stuff...
